New OPhA Executive Director
The Oklahoma Pharmacists Association is pleased to introduce Debra Billingsley as our new executive director! Billingsley brings more than 13 years of experience in pharmacy licensing, law, and pharmacy related practices.
Prior to joining OPhA, Billingsley served as the executive secretary of the Kansas State Board of Pharmacy. She received the Kansas Council of Hospital Pharmacists Board of Director's Service Award in 2014 and the 2011 Champion of Pharmacy Award from the Kansas Pharmacists Association.
She has served on various committees with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and is a member of the National Association of Controlled Substance Authorities.
Billingsley earned her Juris Doctorate from the Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Missouri State University. She is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.
